Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your glass lamps and fixtures in their original protective foam and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
